Construction Cleaner; Residential

GTM Builders is looking for a dependable, hardworking New Construction House Cleaner to help prepare our homes for homeowners and final inspections. If you take pride in creating clean, polished spaces and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

• Perform final cleaning of newly constructed homes before homeowner walkthroughs and closing.
• Clean windows, mirrors, countertops, cabinets, appliances, floors, baseboards, and fixtures.
• Remove dust, paint overspray, stickers and construction debris.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop and sanitize all interior living spaces.
• Complete touch-up cleaning as needed throughout the construction process.
• Perform job site cleanup by removing trash, scrap materials, and debris from construction sites.
• Help maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are running low.
• Work closely with construction supervisors to ensure homes meet GTM Builders’ quality standards.

• Previous residential or construction cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling and working on your feet throughout the day.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
