NXT Property Management is seeking an experienced Floating Maintenance Technician to support three Utah communities:
Oquirrh Hills, Valo on Vine, and Ledger Cove. This full-time role offers growth toward a Maintenance Supervisor position and strong development through hands-on leadership opportunities.
You'll perform turns, respond to service requests, troubleshoot HVAC/plumbing/electrical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate with vendors while delivering excellent resident
