Parts Runner

Phillips Heavy Equipment is a business that specializes in the repair and maintenance of Construction Heavy Equipment. We are looking for a Parts Runner to join our team who can thrive in a fast paced environment while also making good use of down time.

The Parts Runner's primary responsibility is to safely and promptly pick up parts and supplies and deliver to shop using company vehicle while ensuring that all parts are received accurately and in good condition. This includes storing and maintaining good organization of all parts, maintaining cleanliness of vehicle and notifying management of vehicle services needed. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and be able to work with a team.

• Coordinate with management to prioritize urgent parts requests
• Safely and promptly pick up parts
• Ensure accuracy of all orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop during downtime
• Maintain cleanliness and service schedule of company vehicle
• Ensure parts returns and cores are prioritized
• Additional tasks may be added

Wage: DOE

Part time: 15-25 hours per week (additional hours may be available depending on workload)

Monday - Friday

No Weekends

• ust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have valid drivers license
• Must be able to read and follow written instructions
• Must follow all traffic and safety laws
