Manage installation, repair, upkeep and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems and preventive maintenance for all buildings and grounds, facilities, equipment and fire suppression systems for the Distribution Center;
Supervise DC housekeeping or provide maintenance services for retail facilities;
Develop and manage routine and preventative maintenance programs using maintenance management software;
Manage critical parts inventory and parts cage software;
Manage contractors and in-house maintenance including battery maintenance and building systems (lighting, energy management, HVAC, ventilation, air compressors, fire systems)
