MC - Up to $17.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Manage work orders in a timely manner and adhere to preventative maintenance schedule;
Perform light maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpet cleaning, and painting;
Maintain and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools; place orders to management;
Prepare rooms for housekeepers by removing linens, trash, and moving furniture;
