• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to repairs, replacements, and maintenance of equipment, fixtures, and appliances
• Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance issues
• Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and courteous manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional resident experience
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
