May Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements as established by management.

Ability to pass forklift test and obtain forklift certification. Ability to operate a forklift, following all operating instructions effectively and efficiently.

Ability to read and apply accurate labels.

Ability to measure and weigh accurately. Ability to lift and handle containers such as 5-gallon pails up to 50 lb. bags or Boxes up to 50lb.

Ability to communicate effectively and mentor less experienced warehouse employees.
** Skills, Abilities and Other Requirements:
** This position quality driven, and requires a person who can think and act with minimal supervision. The person needs to be organized and detail oriented. A person who can identify problems while adhering to all policies surrounding the general and daily work flow. They must have excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills and work as a team with fellow employees and members of the management.
** Education/Experience (minimum requirements/equivalent):
** Forklift Experience 1-2 years of experience in a related industry

Working Conditions:

May involve moderate to heavy work in all types of weather. There is frequent need to stand, stoop, walk, lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform other similar actions during the course of the workday.
