• Perform routine building general maintenance and repairs throughout the Health Center and clinics.
• Perform a wide variety of tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, painting, cleaning, grounds and facilities upkeep, boiler and plant operations, moving equipment/furnishings, and preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of systems.
• Troubleshoot, clean up, and remediate system failures consistent with large commercial Health Care building operations.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• 3 years of general maintenance experience in a commercial setting
• 6 months specialty experience in HVAC equipment or refrigeration applications
