We are looking for dedicated cleaning professionals who can deliver high quality services while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Provide professional cleaning services to residential and commercial clients, following all company and client standards.

Accept and complete Bookings to the satisfaction of the Customer, ensuring all tasks are finished before a Booking is deemed complete.

• Valid SSN and U.S. residency
• Over 18 years of age
• Proficient in English for clear communication with clients
• Current valid driver’s license and full‑time access to a reliable vehicle
• Vehicle is insured, with proof of coverage (minimum bodily injury liability $15,000 to $30,000 per accident)
• Owns a smartphone with a data plan to use the platform’s mobile app
• Can lift and carry up to 30 pounds, stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, and perform general cleaning duties
• Comfortable working around common household pets
• Can refrain from smoking for 4 hours prior to work
• Agree to purchase and maintain cleaning supplies, equipment, and business liability insurance

Independent Contractor:
You are a self‑employed independent contractor, not an employee of Fresh Space Cleaning Topeka.

Insurance:
You must maintain auto insurance and will be responsible for business liability insurance.

Client Satisfaction:
Failure to complete a booking as required may result in penalties of up to 100% of the offered pay.
