Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor in Topeka. The role is hands-on, HVAC-savvy, and leads maintenance operations at Crown Colony Apartments (220 units).
Compensation includes $27-30 per hour with quarterly bonuses up to $1,000, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus. On-call duties provide an additional $100 weekly bonus and minimum 1.5 hours for emergencies. Benefits are comprehensive with 401k, insurance, and paid time off.
