Parts Counterperson

• Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with parts requests
• Accurately identify, source, and order automotive parts
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
• Process parts invoices, returns, and warranty claims
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal departments
• Work closely with our service department to ensure repairs are completed efficiently
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
  
  Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency and experience with dealership systems is a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Work in both office and warehouse environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and conditions.
• Maintain attention to detail while handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Safely operate equipment such as carts, hand trucks, and other material-handling devices as needed.
