Facilities Maintenance Project Coordinator – Toppenish, WA

- Conduct site visits to evaluate building sites and grounds, assess conditions, and discuss findings with supervisors and site administrators.
- Review operations maintenance performance for compliance with YVFWC standards and provide necessary feedback.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, keep accurate documentation of status, and provide updates as needed.
- Assist in completing assigned maintenance job requests.
- Support budget development for maintenance projects using cost/benefit analysis.
- Recommend project priorities and cost‑beneficial solutions for facility repairs and improvements; supervise final approval with the supervisor.
- Obtain cost proposals, funding approval, contracts, supplies, and scheduling for Oregon sites; submit proposals and plans for review.
- Coordinate completion of maintenance projects in accordance with YVFWC work orders and procedures.
- Communicate and coordinate with site personnel to minimize interruptions to building services and protect safety.
- Maintain building systems functionality (security, fire alarm, HVAC, electrical, lighting, water, irrigation) and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide guidance to clinic maintenance supervisors and their teams to ensure compliance with corporate maintenance standards.
- Review status and provide updates on construction projects in the assigned region.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Associate’s Degree, or two years of facilities, construction, maintenance, electrical, HVAC, or other building trades experience as a substitute.
- Three years of construction, maintenance, electrical, HVAC, or other building trades experience required.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective interaction skills with a variety of individuals in a professional manner.
- Knowledge of and familiarity with all essential building systems (security, fire alarm, access control, HVAC, electrical, lighting, water, irrigation).
- Ability to read and understand building system operations from manuals, engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Basic proficiency with computer programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
