- Be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the resort (600 to 1500 guests).
- Monitor the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, reporting any malfunctions to the maintenance department.
- Know the resort inside out and work closely with the relevant departments (reception, laundry, catering).
- Manage a team of maintenance staff (30 to 50 employees).
- Anticipate and respond to varied customer needs and requirements.
- Schedule floor staff according to room occupancy.
- Monitor stock levels, identify supply requirements, and place orders with the stock and supply manager.
- Ensure work meets Club Med’s high quality standards.
- Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with health and safety rules, and maintenance of the property.
- Unite and motivate teams around defined objectives, supporting their development.
