• Be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the resort (600 to 1500 guests).
• Monitor the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, reporting any malfunctions to the maintenance department.
• Know the resort inside out and work closely with the relevant departments (reception, laundry, catering).
• Manage a team of maintenance staff (30 to 50 employees).
• Anticipate and respond to varied customer needs and requirements.
• Schedule floor staff according to room occupancy.
• Monitor stock levels, identify supply requirements, and place orders with the stock and supply manager.
• Ensure work meets Club Med’s high quality standards.
• Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with health and safety rules, and maintenance of the property.
• Unite and motivate teams around defined objectives, supporting their development.
