These cheerful customer service masters are passionate about working with people, get a kick out of making someone’s day a little brighter, and are team focused and customer service conscious. They are multi-taskers who jump from preparing handcrafted hot or cold beverages, working the food line, preparing muffins, bagels, to working the cash register, all with seamless transition. They take great pride in maintaining white glove standards of cleanliness, have accurate and detailed knowledge of all beverages and food items served, think on their feet and use resources effectively.

• Welcoming all members and guests and taking their orders
• Entering orders into point of sale, receive and process transactions
• Preparing handcrafted, hot and cold coffee and tea beverages tailored to clients specific orders
• Educating members and guests on the menu and making recommendations
• Answer questions regarding the menu, ingredients etc.
• Maintain inventory and replenish supplies
• Work alongside colleagues in a team environment
• Clean and sanitize equipment and seating areas
• Comply with health and safety regulations

• At least 1+ year in the coffee service industry is considered an asset
• 2+ years in the customer service industry is considered an asset
• Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts, friendly, outgoing and dedicated to outstanding customer service
• Post-secondary education relating to the health and fitness industry and additional certifications or workshops relating to customer service are an asset
• All team members must have current CPR/First Aid certification prior to start date and must be maintained throughout employment. CPR is to be renewed annually.
• A recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work
