Each resort has several restaurants and bars, both event‑based and more intimate, serving our Premium All Inclusive offer. • Sociable, you know how to connect with our guests and build a trusting relationship.
• Efficient, you know how to manage priorities and ensure timely service.
• Attentive, you ensure each guest receives personalised service.

• Supervise a team of 10 to 30 restaurant employees.
• Assist the restaurant manager in the organisation of the service and the management of the resort's restaurant teams.
• Ensure the quality of the welcome, the set‑up and the service in the dining room (600 to 1000 covers per service).
• Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives and support them in their development.
• Develop additional sales and participate in optimising the economic results of the service.
• Manage stocks and orders of products, consumables, small hotel equipment (PMH) and linen (tablecloths, towels, etc.).
• Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules as well as the maintenance of the resort's assets.
