Job Description:
We're hiring an experienced Lead Cook to join our growing catering and events team. This is a hands-on role for a confident cook who enjoys fast-paced service, takes pride in quality, and is ready to step into a leadership position without the late-night restaurant grind.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard of quality and consistency

• Lead and support kitchen staff during prep and service on-site

• Maintain an organized, efficient, and clean kitchen environment

• Take ownership of food execution, timing, and presentation

• Help ensure smooth operations for events of varying sizes

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a hot line cook or lead cook

• Strong cooking fundamentals and attention to detail

• Ability to guide and motivate a kitchen team

• Calm, reliable, and professional under pressure
