Provide repair services.

• Painting
• General Construction, Service and Repair
• Drywall, flooring, and little plumbing
• General preventative (handyman) maintenance of facilities

• Strong customer service and problem solving skills
• Submit paperwork for service visits on a daily basis
• Maintain excellent communication with Managers on job status and other issues
• Purchase and manage material for truck inventory

Compensation: $28,000 – $60,000 per year
