Overview

Retail Display Installer – Technology. Position is full time with a flexible schedule, working Monday–Friday. Travel up to 90 miles from home on average with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. This role requires a reliable, detail-oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to install, update and repair in‑store displays for leading tech brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google and HP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to field services management and maintain communication within 24 hours of contact.
  • Keep availability up to date and complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
  • Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
  • Complete necessary forms, images, surveys and all documentation before leaving the job site.
  • Maintain and update displays in accordance with planograms and client requests.
  • Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures function correctly.
  • Participate in early‑morning installations and work in teams of 2+ people, providing solution feedback.
  • Use virtual software and mobile applications to execute tasks and timelines efficiently.
  • Assist other team members as needed to contribute to overall success.
  • Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission and report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
  • Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Attend and complete training and certification programs.
  • Track, record and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
  • Remain available for weekend assignments as required.
  • Schedule and plan work hours and locations on a week‑to‑week basis; early morning, late night and holidays may be requested.
  • Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
Qualifications
  • Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
  • Flexible availability Monday‑Friday; weekend, holiday, early‑morning and late‑night availability as required.
  • Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
  • Physical abilities: climb a ladder up to 10 feet, safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle, grasp and reach overhead.
  • Adaptability to changing tasks and work environments.
  • Effective communication via phone, text and email; use a smartphone for clock‑in/out, photo capture, app downloads and internet connectivity.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail/merchandising experience beneficial.
  • Preferred installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to follow planogram directives and secondary communication.
  • Own an Android or Apple mobile device for photo and data upload.
  • Successfully navigate various communication platforms and applications independently.
  • Complete all training within a designated timeframe, work collaboratively and autonomously.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance; willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
  • Strong leadership, professional communication and presentation skills.
  • Show good judgment, sound decision‑making and effective problem‑solving.
  • Excellent time management and reporting skills with the ability to work autonomously.

$20.25 per hour.

Work Schedule & Travel
