Do you thrive on keeping things organized, running smoothly, and looking sharp? If you’re hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and love solving problems on the fly, we want to hear from you.

We’re looking for a Facilities Operations Coordinator to lead the charge in creating a safe, functional, and welcoming work environment across multiple office locations—including our corporate HQ. This role is the glue that holds it all together, overseeing everything from front desk vibes to vendor relationships and emergency protocols. No two days are the same—and that’s just how you like it.

What

You’ll Be Doing:
  • Be the Face of the Front Desk: Oversee our reception area, greet visitors, direct calls, and manage badge access and logs in compliance with SOC‑2 security standards.
  • Keep Us Running Across 17+ Locations: Manage supplies, cleanliness, and daily operations at all sites—yes, even the breakroom coffee supply.
  • Get Hands‑On with Fixes: From equipment setups to furniture moves and basic repairs, you’re the go‑to for tasks that keep things rolling.
  • Own Equipment Upkeep: Monitor office equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT or vendors to resolve anything out of scope.
  • Champion Workplace Safety: Lead security protocols, emergency drills, and compliance documentation with confidence.
  • Wrangle Vendors Like a Pro: Oversee janitorial, maintenance, and security providers—schedule, review performance, and keep the invoices in check.
  • Master of Space and Setup: Coordinate workstation arrangements, office moves, and workspace changes that keep teams comfortable and efficient. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs!
  • Cross‑Team Collaborator: Partner with People Ops and other departments on onboarding logistics, events, and site‑wide projects.
  • Keep Us Organized and Evolving: Maintain documentation, track metrics, and spot opportunities to streamline how we do things.
