Delaware National Estuarine Research Reserve (DNERR) is hiring a seasonal maintenance worker for the Blackbird Creek and St. Jones Reserve sites in Townsend and Dover.
The role supports mowing, trimming, trash removal, custodial tasks, snow/ice removal, and landscape upkeep in a dynamic estuarine setting. The position is casual seasonal (29.5 hours/week) with anticipated hire dates April through mid November 2026.
