Custodian - TWN (Project Management)
Responsibilities- Sweep, mop, scrub, dust, and vacuum hallways and stairs
- Empty trash and garbage containers
- Maintain building, performing minor and routine maintenance
- Notify management concerning need for major repairs
- Fill propane tanks for forklifts
- Clean snow and debris from sidewalks and employee entrances
- Work with supervisor on maintaining supplies as needed
- Keeps building, office, lunchroom and restrooms in clean and orderly condition, sometime in both building
- Use carpentry/mechanical skills as required, including using power and hand tools
- Other duties as assigned
