COCM is seeking a Grounds and Floor Technician in Towson. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of grounds, building floor systems, and common areas. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and ground-keeping experience, while possessing strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
This role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs and navigate stairs. Competitive pay of $16–$18 per hour along with health benefits and a 401K plan are provided.
