Location: Towson, MD
Schedule: Monday-Friday | No Weekends
Pay Rate: $40-$55 per Flagged Hour
Earning Potential: $80,000-$120,000+ annually

If you're an experienced A-Level Technician who handles the tough diagnostics and enjoys helping other technicians succeed, this is an opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role.

You’ll stay on the tools, mentor the team, and earn $40-$55 per flagged hour with $80,000-$120,000+ earning potential.

• Lead advanced diagnostics and complex repairs
• Diagnose electrical and drivability concerns
• Perform brakes, suspension, alignments, and general repairs
• Mentor and support other technicians
• Work with Service Advisors to keep workflow moving
• Help maintain quality repair standards

• 5+ years of A-Level automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Maryland State Inspection License required
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred
• ASE Certifications preferred but not required

• $40-$55 per flagged hour
• $80,000-$120,000+ earning potential
