Maintenance/Cleaning
General Labor
Responsible for safely and efficiently maintaining facility cleanliness, performing partial pallet rework activities, and supporting forklift operations as needed. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment while ensuring product quality and operational continuity.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance issues
- Follow all safety procedures and SOPs
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of warehouse floors, dock areas, offices, restrooms, and breakrooms
- Sweep, mop, and remove debris, straps, pallets, and waste from work areas
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles throughout the facility
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakroom areas, and high-touch surfaces
- Ensure walkways, exits, and emergency access points remain clear
- Perform partial pallet breakdowns and rebuilds to correct load integrity or damage
- Inspect product for quality and compliance
- Re-stack, re-wrap, or re-band product
- Separate damaged or non-conforming materials
- Maintain organization of rework areas
- Operate forklifts safely when needed
- Support loading, unloading, and staging
- Perform daily equipment inspections

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
