Maintenance Technician

Location: Tracy, CA (Site-Based Role)

Compensation: Up to $44/hr + Overtime & On-Call

We’re looking for a hands‑on technician who prefers working on the floor, solving real problems, and keeping production moving — someone who can identify issues before they turn into downtime and step in to fix them when they do.

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (inspections, lubrication, cleaning, calibration)
• Identify potential equipment issues and correct them before failure
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems as needed
• Support production by minimizing downtime and improving equipment reliability
• Document maintenance work and follow established PM schedules
• Work closely with operations to coordinate maintenance with production needs
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours support

• 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read schematics (PLC experience is a plus)
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment preferred
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to maintenance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• PLC troubleshooting (Siemens or Allen‑Bradley)
• Experience in high‑speed manufacturing or production environments
• Corrugated industry experience

• Up to $44/hr based on experience
