Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, furniture, and finishes;
Maintain all public areas, including the lobby, restaurant, rooftop spaces, fitness center, and exterior grounds, ensuring they meet brand and cleanliness standards;
Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests with a high level of professionalism and urgency;
Conduct preventative maintenance programs to extend the life of equipment and reduce unexpected breakdowns;
Troubleshoot and repair building systems including heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing systems
