Delta Workforce is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a commercial retail property in Traverse City. The role involves general upkeep of common areas, grounds keeping, and minor repairs to ensure a safe environment for tenants and visitors.
Responsibilities include lawn care, minor electrical/HVAC/plumbing repairs, roof inspection, and coordinating with snow contractors. Valid driver’s license required and schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
