Available openings (1) Fulltime housekeeping and (1) Part time/PRN housekeeping (1) Part time/PRN Laundry
Responsibilities and Qualifications- Keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
- Sweeping and mopping floors.
- Cleaning and stocking restrooms.
- Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment.
- Notifying managers of necessary repairs.
- Collecting and disposing of trash.
- Assisting co-workers when necessary.
- Keeping the cart stocked.
- Follow all safety and OSHA regulations and other applicable state and local regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong and clear communication and rapport with co-workers, residents and family members.
- Ability to manage your time efficiently.
- Work well unsupervised.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Handle basic maintenance and cleaning.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with residents and family members.
