Maintenance Unit Leader

As a Maintenance Unit Leader at Stellantis, you will lead a team of multi-skilled technicians supporting high-volume automotive manufacturing. You will plan and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance, optimize equipment uptime, and drive root cause analysis to improve reliability and safety. Partnering closely with production, you'll coordinate maintenance windows, manage spare parts, and track KPIs using CMMS tools. You will champion lean, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives while coaching your team, supporting new technology launches, and ensuring compliance with environmental and corporate standards.
