Twisting Shift Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of day-to-day operations in the Twisting department.
• Organize shift schedules for team members.
• Monitor attendance, tardiness, and time off.
• Assign duties to specific employees based on role and skills.
• Supervise employees and assist with tasks as necessary.
• Train new and current team members on tasks.
• Adhere to company policies and health, safety, and employment standards.
• Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and in a timely manner.
• Assist team members with technical issues or advanced problems.
• Perform lift truck safety inspection checklist daily.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks when appropriate.
• Identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Plan maintenance schedules for building systems.
• Display strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.

• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing and maintenance (preferred).
• Knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Twisting experience is required.
