Monarch Communities is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in New Jersey to join our team at Monarch/Brandywine Senior Living. This non-exempt, hourly role reports to the Maintenance Director and follows a Tuesday–Saturday 10am–6pm schedule.
You will perform routine maintenance and prepare apartments for resident move‑ins. Responsibilities include responding to service requests, maintaining building systems, and ensuring safety with OSHA guidelines.
