Temporary Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities- Perform routine building and facility maintenance
- Complete preventative and scheduled maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical issues
- Assist with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building repairs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Follow all safety policies and maintenance procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous maintenance, facilities, or building maintenance experience preferred
- Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills
- Dependable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full-Time

- Temporary assignment through early September
