You will perform advanced maintenance and troubleshooting across multiple New Jersey and New York facilities, maintaining safe, reliable operations. The role requires multi-trade skills including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and building systems, along with mentoring less experienced technicians and coordinating with contractors.
