Customer Service & Collections Office Worker

Job Description

A full-line packaging Distributor is seeking to hire a full time employee to add to our office staff. We are a small family company, serving a large customer base; providing them materials, equipment, and technical service. 5+ years of customer service experience is preferred, while a valid driver's license is required to apply. Job duties include but are not limited to: collections & Emailing customer Invoices, fielding phone calls & Emails from customers, taking & processing orders through our inventory system, light-duty filing of paperwork, must be able to be a fill-in for shipping/receiving, if ever needed, in our attached warehouse.

As part of warehouse duties (which would be on an as-needed basis) the applicant must be comfortable lifting boxes boxes weight about 20LBs - about 50LBs. Other needs for the office may fall under your responsibility.
