A Quality Facility Services is hiring a dependable Part-Time Janitorial Supervisor to help lead evening operations and support our cleaning teams in delivering high-quality service.

This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys working with a team, maintaining quality standards, and helping operations run smoothly.

• Supervise and support nightly cleaning operations
• Train and assist janitorial team members
• Perform quality inspections and ensure standards are met
• Assist with cleaning duties when needed
• Manage supplies and communicate inventory needs
• Address customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Ensure employees follow company procedures and safety standards
• Communicate schedules, updates, and expectations clearly
• Help create a positive and productive work environment

• Prior janitorial or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Stable work history
