Trinidad Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance operations of our skilled nursing facility.

As our Maintenance Director, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents and staff have a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment while leading the daily operations of the facility's maintenance department.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.
Previous maintenance experience required, preferably in a healthcare, long-term care, or commercial facility setting.
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and respond to maintenance emergencies.
Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
Oversee the day‑to‑day maintenance operations of the facility.
Maintain and repair building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, beds, call bell systems, doors, and other facility equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and building systems remain in excellent working condition.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance projects while maintaining a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including life safety and environmental standards.
Maintain maintenance records, inspections, and required documentation.
Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Assist with emergency preparedness, inspections, and regulatory surveys as needed.
