We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Director to oversee all facility maintenance operations. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and supervise maintenance staff
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, life safety codes, and state/federal requirements
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Manage work orders and respond promptly to maintenance requests
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
• Ensure facility readiness for state inspections and surveys
• Maintain documentation and maintenance logs

• Previous experience in facility maintenance
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
• Familiarity with life safety codes and regulatory compliance
• Leadership and team management experience
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
