Assistant Manager – Commercial Cleaning (Part-Time, Evenings)

Location: Troy, MI & Surrounding Areas (Rochester, Pontiac, Utica)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 PM

Hours: 3–6 hours per night, 15 hours/week guaranteed

Pay: $17–$19 per hour | Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit

What You’ll Do
  • Perform and oversee cleaning across multiple commercial buildings.
  • Train and support team members to maintain quality standards.
  • Conduct inspections and resolve issues quickly.
  • Communicate with management to keep operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
  • 18+ with a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
  • Willing to travel between multiple job sites (paid drive time provided).
  • Commercial cleaning or related experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable using a mobile app for job tracking and reporting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in offices, medical buildings, and surgery centers.
  • Willing to follow sterile cleaning protocols (PPE and scrubs provided).
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
