IT Technician

General Description

Under the direct supervision of the IT Tech Supervisor.

Full Time | Clinton

• Maintain all computer systems not related to slot machine and table games.
• Installation of new software and hardware.
• Building of databases as required and needed.
• Interpreting vendor quotes in relation to new computer hardware and software.
• Making recommendations for new software and hardware as needed.
• Troubleshoot computer server problems and recommended course of action.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years progressive work experience working with both computer software and hardware.
• Experiences working with databases, spreadsheets and word processing software.
• Previous work experience with Novell Server.
• Must maintain valid Cheyenne and Arapaho Gaming License.
