Building Services are looking to recruit a caretaker who will work closely with colleagues within the service and other service areas to ensure that the cleaning, repair and maintenance of communal properties are carried out to the standards set.

Do you have?

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable approach

• Confidence and ability to work with a minimum of supervision
• Full Driving Licence
