For the residents who live at Wellspring Skilled Nursing & Rehab, this isn't just a building-it's home.

It's where they recover, build relationships, welcome visitors, participate in activities, and experience each day. The comfort, safety, and reliability of their surroundings play an important role in their quality of life, and that's where you come in.

You chose maintenance because you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and taking pride in a job well done. You understand that behind every well-functioning community is someone making sure the lights stay on, the systems work properly, repairs are completed, and the environment remains safe and welcoming for everyone who depends on it.

At Wellspring Skilled Nursing & Rehab in Fairview, we're looking for a Maintenance Worker who understands that great maintenance is really about supporting people.

Every repair completed, every preventative maintenance task performed, and every improvement made helps ensure residents can focus on living comfortably while staff can focus on providing exceptional care.

Most importantly, you'll help create a safe, comfortable, and dependable place that residents are proud to call home.

What Your Impact Will Look Like

You'll balance planned maintenance with unexpected needs, responding to repairs and facility concerns while proactively identifying opportunities to prevent future issues. You'll work closely with staff across departments, helping minimize disruptions and ensuring residents continue to receive the best possible experience.

Some days you'll be completing repairs, preventative maintenance, or facility improvements. Other days you'll be troubleshooting equipment, supporting campus projects, or helping respond to urgent maintenance needs.

No matter the task, your work will have a direct impact on the people who live and work within the community.
