Lead Custodian – Join Verde Clean

Verde Clean, founded in 2019 and proudly minority-owned, delivers eco-friendly facility services with a strong focus on sustainability, safety, and social impact. As a Lead Custodian, you'll help keep our facilities clean, safe, and welcoming while supporting a company that values the environment, community, and your personal growth.

• Schedule:
  
  Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6pm to 6:30am
• Pay rate: $19/hr

• Daily Cleaning:
  Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors, surfaces, restrooms, and other areas as needed.
• Restock & Refill:
  Maintain stocked restrooms and supply areas with paper goods, soap, and sanitizers.
• Monitor Safety:
  Identify and report hazards to ensure a secure environment.
• Support the Team:
  Assist coworkers and interact professionally with staff and visitors.

• Experience:
  
  1+ year in janitorial or custodial work preferred. Leadership experience a plus.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills:
  
  Proficiency with cleaning tools and safety procedures. Reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
