Floor Technician - PM Weekend

• Schedule: Friday to Sunday, 6pm to 6:30am
• Pay: $20/hour

As a Floor Technician
, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors across various types of spaces, ensuring they remain safe, clean, and in optimal condition. Your key responsibilities include:

• Floor Cleaning & Maintenance
  :
  Perform regular floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing floors to keep them clean and well-maintained.
• Floor Equipment Operation
  :
  Operate and maintain floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and polishers. Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any issues.
• Restoration & Repair
  :
  Assist with floor restoration and repairs, including spot cleaning, removing stains, and addressing minor damage to flooring materials.
• High-Quality Standards
  :
  Ensure floors meet high standards of cleanliness and safety. Follow detailed cleaning protocols for different types of flooring (e.g., tile, carpet, wood).
• Safety & Compliance
  :
  Maintain safe working conditions by using appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment, adhering to safety standards, and following proper procedures for hazardous materials.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in floor cleaning and maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment and follow safety protocols.
• Knowledge of various flooring materials and specific cleaning requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.
