The Parts Specialist position will play a vital role in maintaining parts that are critical for our customers. You will be the primary parts delivery driver, delivering parts to customers and parts drop sites within the territory. You will also pull and pack parts orders, ship, receive and stock parts received via company shuttle, truck freight, and UPS and you will prepare outgoing components for our truck, common carrier, and shuttle.

The Parts Specialist will be expected to perform all related warehouse duties, including providing superior customer service, accurate counting, receiving and shipping of parts, maintaining stock, accounting for warranty items, general housekeeping, and building hydraulic hoses.

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid drivers license with a satisfactory driving record will be required, along with the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card if one is not currently possessed.
• Must have previous warehouse experience
• Must be able to perform basic duties including accurate counting, receiving/shipping parts, processing warranty items, and building hydraulic hoses.
• Must be able to assist with receiving parts calls, greeting and assisting walk in customers, and completing all paperwork.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must be able to provide optimal customer care.

• Repetitive Motions Frequent movement requiring hands, wrists, and fingers.

• Ability to work in a fast passed environment.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
