What you'll do:

* Operate and maintain facility exterior equipment, including heavy machinery and vehicles, ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.

* Perform seasonal exterior maintenance such as snow and ice management, landscaping, and cleaning to maintain safe and presentable facilities.

* Manage budgets by preparing cost estimates, approving purchases, and controlling expenses related to parts, equipment, and travel.

* Lead and coach third-party providers and associates, conducting performance evaluations and fostering professional development.

* Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, ensuring quality service and adherence to company policies and standards.

* Conduct safety inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions to maintain a secure work environment.

What you'll bring:

* Proven ability to operate and maintain heavy machinery and powered equipment safely and efficiently.

* Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

* Experience managing facility exterior services, including seasonal maintenance such as snow and ice removal.

* Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and resolve facility and equipment issues promptly.

* Competence in coordinating purchases, cost control, and budget preparation for facility projects.

* Effective communication skills to collaborate with management, associates, and third-party providers.

* Commitment to upholding company policies, ethics, and quality standards in all tasks.
