The (USA) Technician, Facility Services, Exterior Services-DOT, is responsible for managing exterior facility operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The technician supports cost control through procurement and warranty claims, leads third-party providers, and maintains equipment and vehicles in safe, functional condition.

• Operate and maintain facility exterior equipment, including heavy machinery and vehicles, ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Perform seasonal exterior maintenance such as snow and ice management, landscaping, and cleaning to maintain safe and presentable facilities.
• Manage budgets by preparing cost estimates, approving purchases, and controlling expenses related to parts, equipment, and travel.
• Lead and coach third-party providers and associates, conducting performance evaluations and fostering professional development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, ensuring quality service and adherence to company policies and standards.
• Conduct safety inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions to maintain a secure work environment.

• Proven ability to operate and maintain heavy machinery and powered equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Experience managing facility exterior services, including seasonal maintenance such as snow and ice removal.
• Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and resolve facility and equipment issues promptly.
• Competence in coordinating purchases, cost control, and budget preparation for facility projects.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with management, associates, and third-party providers.
