Facility & Building Maintenance

Conagra Brands is seeking a Facility & Building Maintenance professional to support our manufacturing operations. In this on-site role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant facilities, utilities, and building systems to ensure safe, reliable operations. Responsibilities include inspections, troubleshooting mechanical, basic electrical and plumbing issues, supporting equipment moves, and coordinating with production to reduce downtime. You will maintain accurate maintenance records, follow strict safety and food safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, utilities, and production support equipment.
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify safety, maintenance, and reliability issues.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, minor electrical, and plumbing problems and complete timely repairs.
• Coordinate with operations to schedule maintenance and minimize production downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and parts usage in CMMS or logs.
• Support installation and relocation of equipment and facility infrastructure.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and GMP requirements in a manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors performing facility-related work.
• Assist in emergency response for facility or utilities breakdowns.
• Participate in continuous improvement and reliability initiatives for the plant.
