Conduct a daily walk-through of the facility and maintain the Maintenance Log;
Partner with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to discuss club maintenance needs;
Maintain or oversee outside service provider maintenance of pool/spa/steam/sauna and ensure chemical balances;
Procure repair parts, materials, tools, and equipment;
Perform routine preventative maintenance and monthly OSHA safety checks
