Schedule:

Monday through Friday to support six locations throughout the Portland Metro area to Salem. Occasional on‑call availability is required.

Properties:
The Alden, Rivercrest, Lake Crest, The Payton, Park Plaza, Lancaster Terrace, and Village East Apartments.

This position will support communities proudly owned by Col Rich, a family‑owned real estate, development, and investment firm. Their focus is to reposition older assets, and offer well‑designed, affordable, and service‑centric workforce housing.

• Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner (including appliance repairs)
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins by completing the “make‑ready” process
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas
• Assist with vendor management and other duties
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment

• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
• Previous experience with painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
• Excellent communication skills: ability to read, write and communicate effectively
• Proficient in MS Office Suite

• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests, preventative maintenance, diagnose defects and make repairs per policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Complete the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move‑ins.
• Follow procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items.
• Complete documentation and paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion.
• Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed.
• Support cost‑cutting and expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible, not being wasteful with materials and supplies, and practicing correct use of tools and equipment.

• Comply with Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies by attending routine safety meetings, completing required training on OSHA and other safety related laws and requirements, and reporting accidents and incidents promptly and accurately.
• May periodically inspect work performed by contractors, vendors, and other service providers to verify the work, materials, and services meet quality standards, scope, and specifications as required.
