- Strategically assign calls based on the key priority matrix:
Call history, dispatch boards, Tech ability, equipment age, warranty, and routing. - Communicate with customers to schedule appointments, provide service updates, and resolve issues.
- Check‑in calls with the service technicians to assist technicians with close‑out and dispatch to the next call.
- Research and assign calls.
- Responsible for maintaining the dispatch board with support from the Customer Service Department.
- Participate in training as necessary.
- Other duties as necessary.
- At least two (2) years of Electrical, Plumbing or HVAC Dispatch Experience, preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Service Titan), preferred.
- Strong Mathematical, Language, communication and Computer Skills.
- Must be able to work daily 7:00am‑3:30pm.
- Must be able to work at our Tualatin office.
Compensation: $21-$28 per hour
